As part of the accounts payable team in Asturias you will have to provide comprehensive support to both internal and external stakeholders on our procure to pay procedures, acting as a communication bridge between various teams in the EMEA region. Timely resolution of tickets created on payments queries (via e-mail and via calls) with focus on following languages: French, Italian, German and Spanish. Providing support to the rest of the APAY Team, maintaining sound operational communication with our CGSC Team in India. Detect and proactively escalate critical payments issues. Provide language translation support to our stakeholders. Review and reconciliation of vendor statements. Collaborate in projects to improve our KPI

Conocimientos
: administrativo con sap -
Experiencia
: 1 año
Languages: Fluent level of English and French is mandatory; other European languages will be a plus (Italian, German, etc).
Professional Experience: not required but it would be a plus.
Soft skills required: Teamwork Collaboration, Capacity to learn and adapt, Proactivity, Responsibility and Commitment with the tasks assigned, Good Communication skills in written and spoken, Problem solving capacity. Experience in multinational environments would be valued.
Hard Skills: Studies in Business Economics, Accounting are a plus, but languages Studies are valued too. Experience in Accounts Payable, Supply Chain and/or Procurement are considered. Knowledge on Microsoft Office is required and experience with SAP is a plus.
