- Develop, implement, optimize, and operate scalable AI applications using LLMs for diverse company use cases (e.g. RAG).
- Develop, implement, optimize, and operate machine learning models or small language models, managing the full model lifecycle.
- Rigorously test and evaluate performance using appropriate metrics, iterating for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient platform components and application architectures extending existing ML/AI Azure infrastructure.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI/machine learning/deep learning to enhance our systems.

Experiencia
: 2 años
- 2 years proven experience as ML Engineer, Software Engineer with ML/AI focus or similar.
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience with ML algorithms and lifecycle, including cloud services, development, deployment, and monitoring (MLOps).
- Experience in designing, provisioning, and integrating (Azure) cloud infrastructure in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern data, analytics & AI services, preferably on Azure (e.g., Azure AI stack, Databricks, Data Factory, Delta Lake).
Desired:
- Experience with RAG applications and their stack (LLMs, embeddings, prompting, vector databases, chunking, document processing).
- Experience in designing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with IaC (e.g. Terraform).
- Experience operating LLMs/RAG at scale.
- Familiarity with working in a remote team setting.
