An international company in the distribution and commercialization sector is seeking a Logistics and Commercial Data Coordinator:
your functions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and update monthly sales forecasts by product in the system.
Manage international procurement of finished goods from the central hub.
Oversee and optimize inventory levels, ensuring risk management and stock coverage.
Coordinate product distribution with the external logistics provider.
Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for monthly reporting.
Maintain and update the CRM system with commercial offers, proposing enhancements in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
Manage system databases and configure new product entries.
Prepare commercial tracking reports for the sales team and senior management.

Formación
: Grado: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: - Nivel avanzado de Excel -
Experiencia
: 4 años
Experience in international procurement and supplier coordination.
Effective management of outsourced logistics and inventory optimization.
Ability to monitor shipments and resolve supply chain issues.
Familiarity with supply chain management (SCM) tools and ERP systems.
Proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to analyze commercial data for strategic decision-making.
Expertise in creating detailed reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Capability to configure products and assign entries in commercial systems.
Strong communication skills to convey information effectively across departments and levels.
Knowledge of B2B markets and sales cycles (preferred).
