your functions
The Spanish Service Delivery Supervisor is responsible of the organization of the Market Service Delivery team and the training and development of the Service Delivery Handlers to deliver the services to our client, piloted by the KPIs and the SLAs and at the right quality. The Market Service Delivery Supervisor is also in charge of the daily relationship with the client, ensuring regular review and reports. He reports to the Global Service Delivery Director.
- Manage service performance and the team.
- Give support to collaborator's development and accompany them.
- Communicate results to IG Germany.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Handle operational requests (absences, sick leave, working times...)
- Enforce policies and suggest improvements.
- Support conflict resolution.
- Ensure process understanding.
- Provide training, coaching and assessments.
- Report to IG GSF Service Delivery Director.

- Coaching skills.
- Customer Care Management skills.
- Incorporation date: Beginning of September.

- Salary: 23.500 euros / gross per year.
- Bonus: 10% of incentives yearly (based on targets)
- Office hours from Monday to Friday (8h to 17h / 9h to 18h).
