Develop a close and trustworthy relationship with customers.
Fully manage purchase orders (PO) from reception to delivery and invoicing.
Coordinate order processing with internal teams (Account Management, Technical Consultants, Sales, Logistics, etc.).
Ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
position requisites

Formación
: Licenciado, Grado, Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio -
Idiomas
: Francés: B2, Inglés: A1 -
Conocimientos
: erp, Alto dominio del paquete Microsoft Office -
Experiencia
: 1 año
Education & Background: Degree in Business Management, International Sales, or related fields.
Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory); French is highly valued.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or logistics is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Customer-Oriented Mindset: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Problem-Solving & Coordination: Ability to manage orders, resolve incidents, and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, etc.).
Autonomy & Adaptability: Capable of working independently in a flexible and dynamic environment.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international setting.
Attention to Detail: Precision in order management, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
