We are seeking a passionate Enterprise Content Manager with focus on SER Doxis to join our team in corporate IT.
Your primary mission is to support in our Doxis solution, both in the context of IT service and in the continuous further development of our Document Management Solutions projects.
As part of IT services, you will support our internal employees with problems related to SER Doxis and help to ensure that the application is available without disruption. As part of our digitization program, you and your team will work to implement new requirements in the system and optimize the affected business processes. To achieve this, you will collaborate with many different internal business units, discuss and collect requirements, implement the solution and process the handover to the IT-Service.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize Document Management Solutions based on SER Doxis.
Work for our digitalization program to implement many different solutions for different business processes.
Discuss business needs and support our business units or project teams in finding the right way to implement their processes in the Document Management Solutions solution.
Support business users as 2nd and 3rd level support, by handling service requests and incident.
Work closely with our colleagues from the infrastructure department to coordinate all hardware requirements.

Conocimientos
: Java (J2EE & Java Core), doxis, ser-doxis -
Experiencia
: 2 años
2 years of proven experience of working as IT consultant and developer with SER Doxis
Experience in programming with Java, Groovy, VB, or C#.
Experience in the conception and consulting of Document Management Solutions.
Experience in the analysis and implementation of workflows with SER Doxis.
Knowledge of integrating SER Doxis with third-party applications and APIs.
Knowledge of client scripting and server-side agent creation.
Experience in designing and customizing SER Doxis interfaces
English: Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills). German is a plus.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of installation, configuration and customization of SER Doxis components.
First experience in managing document management projects.
Experience in conducting user training
Knowledge of SER Doxis-SAP integration
Personal skills & Competences:
Very good analytical skills to understand different business processes at a suitable level.
Very good technical understanding of the Doxis system.
You are familiar with the operative work in an IT-Service
Strong communication skills.
