Our client is an international corporate IT Hub based in the heart of Madrid and develop intelligent warehouse management solutions and process-reliable warehouse automation for customers to make their lives easier.

- Development, implementation and monitoring of the real estate-related sustainability strategy in alignment with the Group strategy.
- Overall project management for the implementation of measures to reduce the corporate carbon footprint and other projects both in Germany and internationally.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with building-related environmental laws and regulations at national (German) and European level and building up specialist knowledge.
- Optimization of energy efficiency and resource use in building operations Responsibility for sustainability reporting and development of the necessary processes and KPIs in the Corporate Real Estate division.
- Analysis and assessment of building-related environmental risks and development and management of measures to minimize risks.
- Direct communication interface for real estate-related sustainability issues for internal and external stakeholders and advising contact persons at the locations.

Conocimientos
: corporate real state, sustainability, green energies, building certifications -
Experiencia
: 4 años
- Degree in real estate management with a focus on sustainability, environmental sciences, sustainable management, civil engineering, or a related field related to sustainability.
- Relevant professional experience in the field described, ideally with a focus on corporate real estate or real estate management.
- Understanding of energy efficient solutions, renewable energy, green building materials and other sustainable building practices.
- Knowledge of building certifications (e.g. BREEAM, DGNB, LEED) and sustainability standards an advantage.
