This role is critical in partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial analysis and support key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee pricing processes for multiple distributors, ensuring compliance with corporate and audit guidelines.
Lead full FP&A scope, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and analysis for Channel Partner Markets.
Support the annual budget process, aligning business initiatives with strategic goals and operational effectiveness.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance and financial statement analysis for Channel Partners.
Collaborate across departments to influence business decisions through financial insights and analytics.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and efficiency.
Conduct profitability analysis for customers and products, driving revenue growth and margin expansion.
Work with demand planners on inventory planning, forecast accuracy, and intercompany transactions.
Liaise with accounting services and corporate accounting to ensure accurate expense allocation.
Support internal audit processes and assist with P2P processes across multiple countries.

: Grado: Grado en Administración de Empresas y Gestión de la Innovación -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: sap, excel, - Buen manejo del paquete Excel: análisis, fórmulas, tablas dinámicas. -
Experiencia
: 4 años
Qualifications:
Bachelor¿s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong financial analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (Tableau knowledge is beneficial).
Experience with SAP, Power BI, and other financial systems is highly desirable.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Team-oriented with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
