Experiencia

-Education: Higher Education Degree (Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior)
-Languages: English: C1
-Technical Skills: Excel knowledge and previous experience in administrative tasks, call centers, or similar roles.
-Experience: Ideally, you have worked with KPIs and are comfortable using SOPs.
-Availability: Must be available from Monday to Sunday with two days off during the week.

- Salary of 20,615 (19K + shift bonus), plus meal tickets (147 monthly).
Regular Team-building Activities.
-Full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week, with a daily shift of 8 hours. The company will establish the start times for weekend shifts monthly, which will be between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, finishing between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM.
-Two consecutive days off during the week.
-Professional Growth: Work in a scale-up with development opportunities.

-Work Environment: Join a multicultural team in a modern office in the Glòries area of Barcelona, equipped with relaxation areas, snacks, and open spaces.
-Contract: Start date of 07/01/2025 with an initial contract of 3 + 3 months, with real possibilities of becoming a permanent employee.
