We are looking for a Global Capacity / Enablement Program Design Leads for our client ( multinational software company).

Global Capacity / Enablement Program Design Leads will be responsible for design and management of the portfolio of Capacity / Enablement Build services which will be offered to partners via Partner Benefits Catalog. Each service will be built and reviewed in alignment with a) business case submitted by a solution or regional owner b) PartnerEdge programmatic framework and c) compliance requirements. This role will be facilitating all necessary reviews and approvals with the stakeholders above, while adhering to technical requirements of Partner Benefits Catalog, which will be the only platform for the rollout and processing of the services.
Responsibilities:
Design of Capacity / Enablement program funding services in alignment with compliance, PE program and business stakeholders
Managing the portfolio of services in alignment with strategic priorities (effective and complete portfolio)
Ensure expected ROI and its continuous improvement
Promoting the Capacity / Enablement Program services to internal and external stakeholders
The success of this role will be measured through the following metrics:
Completeness and timeliness of the Capacity / Enablement program service portfolio
Growth in certified partner individuals by solution, region and partner type
ROI (benchmarked with previous years)

Experiencia
: 4 años
Minimum 4-7 years of related experience
