- Conduct primary and secondary market research through customer interviews and competitor analysis: identify market trends, understand user workflows, and detail customer applications and requirements.
- Drive product strategy and go-to-market plans for Company¿s industrial robot control and software platforms. Establish and maintain a clear understanding of market segmentation, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
- Assess and manage the product lifecycle of company¿s robotics control systems, working in concert with the Global Product Managers for Articulated, SCARA, and parallel-axis robots.
- Work with company global sales regions to maintain a continual pulse on industrial robot customers and their ¿jobs to be done.¿
- Develop and ¿own¿ the roadmap for industrial robot controllers, including prioritization, market requirements, and execution. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and release new products and technologies.
- Establish global pricing that reflects a deep understanding of market position with clear messaging on customer value and product differentiation.
- Build product positioning through presentations and sales tools for global sales teams.
- Prepare and deliver commercial messaging and training initiatives to ensure sales and application engineering teams are equipped for business development and focused on the highest-potential market opportunities.
- Demonstrate robust product and industry knowledge, staying current and participating in trade shows, journals/publications, webinars, and industry boards.
- Serve as subject matter expert on industrial robotics control strategy and the long-term roadmap.

Experiencia
: 5 años
- Minimum 5 years¿ experience in engineering or product management for electromechanical systems; minimum 2 years¿ experience in product marketing.
- Prior experience in robotics or automation control systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Robotics, or Industrial Automation; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for product management with a sense of urgency and drive for results. Data-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop and ¿own¿ a clear and compelling product strategy.
- Ability to connect and communicate with stakeholders inside and outside Company, including end users, channel partners, engineering, and sales.
- Ability to lead global product teams in a fast-paced industrial environment. Prior experience in industrial software development is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to launch hardware and software products in a fast-paced B2B environment. Prior software licensing experience, preferably with industrial products.
- General understanding of modern programming languages (e.g. Python, C++), industrial communication protocols (e.g. EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus), and UI/UX development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel (30-35%).
