The Head of Service Pricing is a newly created position with a primary focus on After Sales, including Service and Spare Parts, as well as Rental and Used Trucks Pricing. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead your own pricing team from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in one or more of these specific pricing fields. You will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies, leveraging market insights, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our pricing structures are competitive and aligned with market conditions.
- Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive pricing strategies that enhance revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness across After Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Rental, and Used Trucks.
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends, customer preferences, and industry benchmarks in the After Sales and Rental sectors.
- Pricing Model Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize pricing models for Service, Spare Parts, Rental, and Used Trucks based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and changing market conditions.
- Team Building: Establish and build a high-performing pricing team, recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals and to support the successful launch of new services and pricing models.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor pricing performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve financial targets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present pricing strategies and outcomes to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations.

Experiencia
: 8 años
- Education: Bachelor¿s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or a similar role, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. Experience in After Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Rental, or Used Trucks pricing is required.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of pricing methodologies, financial modeling, and market analysis techniques specific to the After Sales and Rental sectors.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in building and leading teams, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional projects and drive change.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in pricing software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
High level of English (written and spoken)
