Multinational company is looking for HR professional to join the SSC in Asturias.

Principal Responsibilities
Effectively communicates and provides advise to employees and managers on HR matters: Company Policies, HR processes etc using a variety of communication channels such as phone, chat, case management.
Manages the administration of employee personal data maintenance, new hires, terminations, employee organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events, including management of employees files in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Gathers and processes the relevant information for the monthly payroll input, performing in compliance with audit controls.
Calculates and batch upload of Time and Attendance concepts such as vacation entitlements, working schedules or calendars.
Daily administration of Company benefit programs.
Partners with other teams inside and outside the HR Service Center to ensure issue resolution in the areas of responsibility and operational success across the organization together with an exceptional employee experience.
Establishes and helps manage appropriate vendor meetings for ongoing escalations and operations.
Requests, analyzes, and provides data reports from appropriate internal/external resources. Provides in-depth analysis of data reporting.

Conocimientos
: idiomas, workday, dominio de excel -
Experiencia
: 1 año
Education/ Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Foreign Trade or similar.
Advanced in English and french. Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Office suite of products, specially excel.
Workday/ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.
Relevant working experience in HR will be considered as additional asset.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills written and oral.
Carries out all duties and responsibilities with the utmost integrity and confidentiality and consistent with the highest ethical standards.
Balances priorities among the responsibilities; gives and welcomes feedback and is collaborative team player.
Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organizations goals and values.
