Manage outbound interactions to build a long term relationship and generate new business opportunities.
Support our Omnichannel strategy by creating business opportunities and scheduling visits in our stores with our Field Sales Team.
Collect and share market feedback with the relevant departments.
Oversee the process from order to delivery and installation, checking customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable.
About You:
3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Satisfaction Services.
Bachelor¿s Degree or similar.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of CRM management.
Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
