We are looking for a Change & Communications Associate Director to join a global, innovative team committed to driving business transformation through data. This role is essential in shaping and delivering strategies that maximize the adoption of data-driven solutions while fostering engagement across diverse teams. You will support enterprise-wide cultural change, ensuring a unified approach to policies, management, and learning.
your functions
Design and deliver plans to support the successful implementation of new services, aligning teams and fostering employee engagement. Work with change agents across the organization to guide initiatives and maintain momentum.
Develop and execute communication strategies that amplify the impact of data-driven projects. Create compelling content for various platforms while measuring and refining the effectiveness of these initiatives.
Create tailored training programs to address skills gaps, ensuring teams are equipped to adopt and implement innovative solutions. Collaborate with experts to design impactful educational materials.

Conocimientos

Experiencia
: 3 años
Relevant university degree (BS/BA) or advanced degree preferred (MA, MBA, PhD).
At least 3 years¿ experience in a similar organisation or academic experience.
Background and experience in communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Stakeholder management experience.
Ability to demonstrate strong networking and team working skills.
Experience in developing and implementing change in complex environments.
A strong understanding of cultural and operational challenges related to implementing AI and data-driven innovations.
Demonstrated experience in AI, data analytics, or related fields, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
