your functions
Provide service desk support by resolving Application Support tickets.
Ability to communicate and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Create presentations using graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate status using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

Level C1 English written and spoken
Availability in the afternoons from 14:00 to 22:00
2 - 4 years' total experience in the software support industry
Understand IT management software
Ability to learn and understand IT access management
Previous experience as an application support analyst or a similar role
Experience using MS Office is a plus
