- Keeping the Game Fair & Competitive - Adjusting odds and monitoring risk to deliver the best betting experience.
- Analyzing Trends - Tracking market movements, customer behavior, and betting patterns to make data-driven decisions.
- Optimizing the Offer - Spotting anomalies, fixing errors, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborating & Innovating - Working with cross-functional teams to test new features and enhance our platform.
- Staying One Step Ahead - Helping with competitor analysis and supporting the bookmaking strategy team.

Conocimientos
: control numerico, analisis de datos, matematicas, - Buen manejo del paquete Excel: análisis, fórmulas, tablas dinámicas.
Must-haves:
¿ A passion for sports and a solid understanding of sportsbook products.
¿ Strong numerical and analytical skills¿you love working with data!
¿ Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
¿ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
¿ A proactive mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
¿ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).
Nice to have:
¿ Experience in the iGaming industry.
