The Maintenance Team-leader will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the team of maintenance technicians during their assigned shift, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance interventions are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with the company's quality standards. The team-leader will act as the direct connection between the maintenance technicians of one shift and maintenance supervisor, reporting progress, planification of tasks, opportunity of improvements detected.
- Supervise and take part on all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities related to manufacturing process equipment during the shift.
- Supervise and take part on planned and preventive maintenance tasks during the shift.
- Seek for undetected misfunctions or breakdowns and planning resolution of them.
- Coordinate the maintenance shift team, ensuring the correct work and safety procedures.
- Coordinate the overall quality of the work team and demonstrate an understanding of quality standards and procedures.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by leading in problem-solving within the team and across functional areas.
- Monitor and track maintenance performance, resource utilization and work order completion.
- Report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
position requisites

Formación
: Ingeniero Superior -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: ¿ Dominio del paquete office (nivel avanzado de MS Excel imprescindible) -
Experiencia
: 4 años
- Minimum education: Technical Training in electromechanics or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial or automotive maintenance field.
- Experience working with industrial automation and robotics.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
