Integrated in the Medical Operations Team and working closely
with commercial operation department, the Medical Affairs Digital Specialist will
be responsible on leading the strategy and operations of different digital
channels, giving support to medical teams to create, plan, develop and execute
digital marketing initiatives according to the Strategic Plans of the Brands.
He/she will orchestrate internal and external platforms and channels (web,
social media, edetailing, emailing¿) to create touchpoints to reach key
customers with our campaigns, with a clear focus on Customer experience.

Digital strategy development: Understand Medical strategy and objectives to identify and
prioritize digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
¿ Innovation, emerging technologies, and trends: Stay abreast of digital & industry trends,
emerging technologies, platforms, partner ecosystem and customer experience
developments to seamlessly integrate, recommend or assess their relevance and translating
into actionable strategic recommendations.
¿ Base decisions on data-driven insights: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and
establish measurable goals to evaluate the success of digital initiatives. Implement robust
analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies within the Brand
performance including industry benchmarking.
¿ Digital orchestrator and transformation lead: Coordinate on/off initiatives ensuring the
best customer experience and explore synergies among business units to drive a
cohesive digital strategy and new opportunities. Acts as primary stakeholder for new
digital products, functionalities and channels managing their implementation and
execution in collaboration with global teams.
¿ Digital Capability Enhancement: Contributes to the improvement of digital capabilities
and digital mindset across Medical teams.
¿ Digital Business Solutions: identifying, exploring, and pursuing effective resolutions to
challenges or business opportunities. Proactive approach to finding and implementing
solutions to improve operational efficiency and address challenges.
position requisites

Formación
: Licenciado -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: Office, Excel, Power Point, Power BI
Degree in Sciences or Education in Digital Marketing,
Communication, Business Administration and Management, Advertising.
At least 1 year of experience in a medical department position and in digital
projects.
Knowledge and understanding of digital disciplines: SEO, digital media advertising
(search, social and specialized), content strategy, social listening, email marketing,
websites.
¿ Experience in design and implementation of digital strategy and digital marketing
campaigns with omnichannel approach.
¿ Preferable Knowledge in different tools and digital enablers such as Brandwatch,
Semrush, Sales Force Marketing Cloud or similar.
¿ Understanding of Agile processes and mindsets.
¿ Innovative and influential skills willing to drive the digital transformation in the area.
¿ Excellent project management skills including planning and prioritization.
¿ Ability to work independently under tight deadlines on multiple items.
¿ Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate to make progress.
¿ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
¿ High level of English. Both written and spoken.
