This is not a traditional HR role it's an opportunity to shape the office culture, act as a key contact for our employees, and ensure that our Nordic values of empowerment, flat hierarchy, and psychological safety are embedded in daily operations.
your functions
As our Office Hub Manager, you will be the go-to person for creating an outstanding employee experience. While you¿ll collaborate with both local and global HR teams, we expect you to take ownership of the Málaga office environment, proactively solving challenges and driving initiatives that support our colleagues.
Your key responsibilities include:
-Acting as the primary HR point of contact for employees, fostering a workplace that values openness, trust, and individual empowerment.
-Managing internal communications and employer branding efforts to ensure our Málaga Hub reflects our company culture.
-Organizing meaningful employee engagement activities that strengthen community and team spirit.
-Ensuring compliance with Spanish labor laws while aligning with the company¿s HR policies.
-Overseeing practical aspects of workplace management, including office facilities, suppliers, and service providers.

: Grado: Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos -
Idiomas

Conocimientos

Experiencia
: 3 años
Who You Are
We are looking for a self-driven and proactive professional who thrives in a role with a high degree of autonomy. You should have:
-Fluency in English (C1 level or above) ¿ Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
-3+ years of experience in a generalist HR or office management role, preferably in an international company.
-Strong understanding of Nordic work culture, including flat hierarchies, empowerment, and trust-based leadership.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different levels and locations.
-A natural ability to create a positive work environment where employees feel heard, valued, and motivated.
