We are seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Engagement expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing omnichannel engagement strategies, including planning, content creation, implementation, and continuous optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of the global digital landscape, social and media campaigns, and the pharmaceutical industry¿s regulatory environment for engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
your functions
Lead the execution of social and media campaigns across medical channels and Tier 1 congresses, ensuring effective content creation, management, and distribution.
Plan, develop, and execute omnichannel strategies for priority brands and markets, ensuring seamless integration across digital platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize omnichannel campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance engagement and impact.
Establish best practices and maintain consistency across omnichannel initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in engagement strategies.
Work closely with marketing, medical, and digital teams to ensure omnichannel initiatives align with overall brand and business objectives.
Ensure that all omnichannel activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices in marketing to HCPs.

Experiencia
: 5 años
Minimum 5 years of experience in omnichannel campaign management, with a strong focus on content creation, execution, and optimization in Pharma Industry.
Deep understanding of the global digital landscape, including social media, third-party media, analytics tools, and metrics, as well as the role of paid and organic media in omnichannel engagement.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory compliance for HCP marketing and engagement.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of omnichannel initiatives.
Experience with Sprinklr social listening and publishing is preferred.
