Our client is an international corporate IT Hub based in the heart of Madrid and develop intelligent warehouse management solutions and process-reliable warehouse automation for our customers to make their lives easier.

- Ongoing portfolio analysis regarding space utilization and alternative solutions based on dynamic digital dashboards on all regional levels, ensuring alignment with the corporate real estate strategy and targets.
- Support and manage acquisition and / or portfolio consolidation projects and processes according to the global strategy.
- Close collaboration with Regional Real Estate Business Partner.
- Support selection and functional enhancement of real estate related IT applications to measure Portfolio performance.
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of real estate related KPIs to evaluate and improve global Portfolio performance.
- Mitigation of risks associated with the portfolio.

: Licenciado -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: portfolio, real state, corporate real state -
Experiencia
: 5 años
- Degree in real estate management, business administration or similar with a focus on real estate.
- Relevant professional experience in the field described, ideally with a focus on industrial portfolios.
- Good knowledge of using digital tools as well as analytical skills and competence to reduce complexity.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and regulations.
- Experience in working in international and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Partially traveling required.
