- Shop floor management
- Make and review the production standard document (Control plan, Working standard and PFMEA)
- Establish and analytics of production line KPI standards.
- Improve production line efficiency.
- Manage production systems(MES, ERP, etc.).
- Document production performance and other production metrics.
- Manage production supplies.
- Manage field workers.
- process capability analysis or improvement (e.g. 6-sigma, triz).
position requisites

Formación
: Ingeniero Superior -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: ¿ Dominio del paquete office (nivel avanzado de MS Excel imprescindible) -
Experiencia
: 3 años
Minimum 3 years experience on production field.
High School Diploma required. Bachelor¿s Degrees related field preferred (Engineering).
ERP(SAP) and MES experience and strong analytical abilities.
