In this role as a Real-Time Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and measuring the Contact Center's work processes in real-time to support management in developing and implementing action plans.
- Collaborating with area supervisors to ensure service levels are met within the Contact Center.
- Maintaining operational efficiency and high service standards by monitoring agent performance and ensuring compliance with assigned tasks and scheduled shifts.

Conocimientos
: Dominio de Microsoft Office y programas de contabilidad. -
Experiencia
: 2 años
- Languages: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding).
- Previous experience in similar positions: At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Valuable a basic understanding of Spanish labor law and regulations.
- Tools: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and similar tools (they use Google Sheets).
- Active and dynamic personality: A proactive and energetic individual.
