As a Cruise Expert, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Converting prospects/leads into sales by building a trusting relationship with customers.
- Managing active interactions through multiple channels to meet productivity goals aligned with the company's objectives.
- Being the first ambassador of Costa, promoting our brand and creating amazing vacation experiences for our guests.

- Availability to start as soon as possible
- Fluent level of German, with exceptional grammar and spelling skills, both spoken and written
- High level of English and/or Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service (B2B or B2C) and/or sales
- Strong communication skills
- Goal and achievement-oriented
- Motivated, independent, and proactive individual
your benefits
- Permanent full-time contract
- Work schedule: 39 hours per week, with rotating shifts (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 and from 10:00 to 19:00 ¿ with one Saturday per month)
- Salary: ¿22,000 gross per year
