We are seeking an experienced SAP EnableNow Learning Expert to join our training management team.
The ideal candidate will be technically responsible for managing the SAP Enable Now platform and supporting the creation of training content in Enable Now.
Key Responsibilities and tasks:
Technical Tool Management:
Maintain and optimize the SAP Enable Now tool to ensure smooth operation and scalability.
Develop new functionalities, including the integration of tools like the SAP Enable Now Companion, to enhance user experience and capabilities.
Ensure SAP Enable Now operates efficiently, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Implement upgrades, patches, and new features as they become available.
Customize and extend functionalities to meet specific business requirements, such as integrating third-party training systems.
Monitor system performance and usage, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and trainers using SAP Enable Now
Content Development and Training Management:
Create high-quality, interactive training modules, tutorials, and documentation using SAP Enable Now.
Establish best practices and standards for training content development.
Support in optimizing the IT training management process, including scheduling, tracking, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs and deliver tailored learning solutions.

Education & Qualifications:
University Degree/Bachelors¿ Degree: Degree in Business information technology, Computer Sciences, Maths or Or business administration
Languages (spoken & written): English: Full Proficiency C1
Working Experience: 3+ years of experience in supporting and operating SAP enable now platform.
Required Technical Skills:
Extensive Knowledge in configuring and maintaining the SAP Enable Now platform, including user roles, templates, and permissions.
Good knowledge in user support and resolving issues with SAP enable now.
Knowledge in creating trainings with SAP Enable Now
Personal Skills & Competences:
High level of methodological competence, analytical view, self-initiative and result-oriented way of working with the willingness for permanent further education.
Strong communication skills, customer oriented and team player.
