As the Strategic Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Market Analysis:
o Assess market dynamics, trends, and opportunities to support decision-making
o Analyse competitive landscapes to identify threats and opportunities
o Analyse other market for potential penetration.
2. Strategic Planning:
o Define and refine the company¿s value proposition in alignment with market needs
o Lead the exploration and identification of whitespace opportunities for growth and innovation.
3. Project Leadership:
o Oversee and execute high-impact strategic projects such as:
¿ Competitive environment analysis
¿ Sector trend identification and evaluation
¿ Business model assessments and innovation strategies.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
o Present findings, insights, and recommendations to C-level executives and stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
o Foster a culture of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making across the organization
position requisites

Formación
: Grado -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: dominio excell, Power BI (Power Automate, Power Query, ¿) -
Experiencia
: 5 años
¿ A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a strategic role
o Preferred backgrounds:
¿ Strategic consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar)
¿ Strategy departments in high-performing companies
¿ Fluency in Spanish and English is required
¿ Proven ability to lead and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
¿ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
¿ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to senior leadership
Desirable:
¿ Proficiency in Portuguese or any additional languages
¿ Experience in high-growth companies or market-leading organizations
¿ Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the company¿s sector
