your functions

? The SCQ manager shall assure the Quality of equipment and products (Electrical,
RF, mechanical) purchased from external suppliers, in the frame of a specific
Program.
? The SCQ have to know the Quality Management System fundamentals according to
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 9100, AQAP 2110 and ECSS requirements, in particular
series Q.
? To act as Quality role in front of the Subcontractors and to establish a liaison with
Customer PA in order to promptly inform and update on Quality activities of the
subcontractors.
? Ensure that the services and products delivered by the subcontractors meet the
requirements, space standards, applicable rules and Quality requirements, either for
SW or HW and its documentation, and provide where necessary a point of contact
for the quality authority designated by the Customer.
? Analyze the Program Quality requirements and make sure that subcontractors¿
Quality plan(s) contains all the measures necessary to fulfill the standards and
reference system. At the same time, guarantee and control that the quality
requirements of the subcontractors towards their lower-tier suppliers are in line with
the general requirements of the projects.
? Monitor the compliance of subcontractors with Quality Plan, schedule, budgets and
specifications for all appointed projects and tasks.
? Manage and contribute to subcontractors project reviews (KO, EQSR, PDR, CDR,
MRR, MIP, TRR, TRB, DRB), ensuring that they are carried out according to
program requirements.
? Coordinate and control all product quality activities of the subcontractors (RAMS,
M&P, EEE Parts, Reliability, FMEA, etc.).
? Manage Changes and Deviations raised by the subcontractors (RFDs, NCRs and
RFWs) towards Customer PA.
? Coordinate and supervise the activities of Non Conformance Review Boards (NRB)

raised by subcontractors in case of deviations or non-compliance with any product
specification.
? Contribute to identify and propose mitigation actions for the critical points raised by
subcontractors. Support the subcontractors product inspection activities (MIPs).
? Contribute to audits at subcontractor premises (if required), and manage any return
of product and complaints in order to ensure follow-up and reporting for risk
prevention.
? Fulfill the duty of alert and veto in relation to the management of subcontractors.

• Idiomas

• Conocimientos

  : Alto dominio de herramientas ofimáticas avanzadas (office, excel, access, Power BI..

• Experiencia

  : 3 años

¿ Minimum Professional experience: 3 years.
¿ Title degree: Engineering or equivalent.
¿ Fluent knowledge of English language for both written and verbal communication.
Management of Spanish language is a plus.
¿ Knowledge on Quality standards for SW and HW projects as well as QMS applicable
documents for PA/QA activities will be taken into account.
