ver menosyour functions
Support in the implementation, communication and logistical organization of face to face and virtual trainings, programs and events.
Work with external partners and HR business partners to generate learning & development options related to talent segments in the Company.
Design and manage learning initiatives using different channels and methodologies (face to face, online, blended learning, gamification, collaborative tools, conferences, watching¿), which fit with specific needs, target audiences, region, function, etc.
Produce and develop training content that is innovative in approach and demonstrates alignment to the business priorities at all times.
Review and optimize the current learning offer. Design and update the current training catalogues.
Screening the Learning & Development market searching for the best partners and solutions.
Research and benchmark (both internal and external) Learning & Development trends and best practices.
Analyze and propose key KPIs that ensure effectiveness, applicability and greater impact of learning programs.
position requisites

Formación
: Grado -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: ¿ Dominio del paquete office (nivel avanzado de MS Excel imprescindible) -
Experiencia
: 2 años
University Degree Education.
Valuable Master or Postgraduate in Human Resources.
At least more than 3 years of training performing the tasks described previously.
Valuable previous experience as a trainer.
High level of English (C1).
