Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for guaranteeing all the tasks of the different warehouses are carried out with the maximum efficiency and in alignment with the quality standards established.
your functions
- Supervises daily warehouse and shipping operations, including training of employees, inventory, quality assurance, dispatching, documentation, compliance, and other assistance as needed to ensure seamless daily operations
- Builds and track cost and productivity metrics and KPIs to drive cost savings, service improvements, and progress toward operational targets
- Creates policies and procedures for warehouse activities and ensure all systems meet the standards for accreditation in line with the quality systems
- Monitors and maintains health and safety measures according to company standards
- Ensures efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements
- Guarantees inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with automated system utilizing help of the warehouse team
- Monitors quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs for all accounts

: Grado: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas -
Idiomas
: Inglés: B2 -
Conocimientos
: navision, business central, - Nivel avanzado de Excel -
Experiencia
: 5 años
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Strong user of Advance Excel, Navision/Business Central and BI tools.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment.
- Expert in Warehouse Management Systems and Warehouse Automation
