Working closely and in conjunction with the UK company Exec Team, as Country Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing the company Iberia Business. The role will be tasked with building a positive team, fostering an environment of `right first time¿ and focussing on continuous improvement within the business, through operational leadership, support, coaching and development. You will contribute to commercially growing the business, ensuring service delivery is optimised and driving efficiency and compliance to maximise both revenues and achieve targeted sensible margins. Initially this role will be focussed on growing the company business across Spain, Portugal, and France. It is envisaged that the role holder will work towards securing the role as General Manager within a six-to-twelve-month time frame.

The role holder will be responsible for the company Iberia business, including H&S, Finance, HR, Recruitment, Quality, Sustainability, Business Development, Fleet, Property Management, and Operational Teams to include Field Engineering, Technical Helpdesk, Dispatch, Customer Services, Repair Centre, Warehousing and Logistics. In addition, the role holder will ensure compliance to local legal regulations and standards.
Responsible for service management processes and escalations and ultimately the meeting and surpassing of customer SLA requirements and service expectations, including the planning and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction, including the management of escalations.
Also responsible for reporting internally and externally on SLA performance, KPI¿s and departmental commercial performance. An initial focus will be to work with the UK IT Team to improve system reporting and integration across the group.
Running an efficient organization and maximizing the utilization of all staff to drive best possible revenue margins.
Contributing and adding value to the senior management team within the context of the business¿ core objectives: customer facing excellence; commercial value and performance.

¿ Understanding of overseeing an organisation's daily operations and managing the business aspects of the company.
¿ Experience of reviewing and implementing operational procedures, assisting departmental heads, and managing company finances.
¿ Experience of managing company resources in a productive and positive way.
¿ An understanding of how to implement and monitor performance metrics to optimise service delivery, driving accountability through the team.
¿ Full, clean, driving licence (essential).
¿ Reporting into a UK based leadership team, both verbal and written English communication is essential, along with French and Spanish language skills.
