You will be part of the Customer Service Experience department performing the following functions:
- Incident management of orders.
- Management of product returns.
- Resolution of doubts and queries regarding orders and shipments.
- Order tracking.
- Associated administrative tasks.

Idiomas
: Inglés: C1, Polaco: C2 -
Conocimientos
: uso del paquete microsoft
- Native level of Polish (or bilingual) and very high level of English (C1 minimum).
- Highly valuable a very good level of other languages.
- People with high orientation to customer service and passionate about sports.
- Persuasive and good Communicator.

- Shift: Full-time position Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h and 1 week a month from Tuesday to Saturday
- Salary: 21.000 gross euros/year
- Working area: Barcelona city, near the metro stop Maria Cristina.
- Immediate incorporation.
