You will work in a leading multinational group of companies focused on safety, prevention, and fire suppression with its main headquarters in the UK.

your functions

Finance Accountabilities:
1. Carry out day-to-day financial operations: accounts payable/accounts receivable/general ledger/banking,
responsibile for financial and management accounts preparation, treasury, tax and associated compliance.
2. Ensure all statutory, reporting and company secretarial duties are performed accurately and on a timely basis.
3. Co-ordination with business partners of contract and legal document compliance.
4. Partner with the business unit leader the company¿s disaster recovery initiatives, plans, testing and
documentation.
5. Preparation of weekly, monthly, annual, and periodic reports and accounts for presentation to stakeholders
and the leadership team.
6. Preparation of annual budgets and regular ongoing re-forecasting activity.
7. Ensure stock accounting and value is accurate, transparent, and follows strong controls.
8. Management of treasury activities including rolling cashflow forecasts, foreign currency hedging and long-term
treasury deposits.
9. Business partnering to develop relevant, timely and accurate management information and reporting against
budget and forecast.
10. Monitoring and analysis of revenue, margins, stock, standard costing, and expenditure.
11. Responsible for cash management ensuring sufficient funds are in place to meet all requirements
12. Management of relationships with auditors, tax and legal advisors.
13. Management and coordination of business insurances ensuring appropriate cover levels & risk levels.
14. Monitoring internal controls, overseeing audit processes, and ensuring compliance.
15. Continual development of the business ERP system, co-ordinating requirements closely with IT colleagues and
other stakeholders.
16. Participate on projects as determined by the local business unit leader and Group Finance Director

Administration Accountabilities:
1. Work closely with the business unit leader carrying out administrative duties to ensure the company operates
efficiently.
2. Further accountabilities to be developed with the business unit leader.

  : Grado: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas

• Idiomas

  : Inglés: C1

• Conocimientos

  : - Experiencia uso previo de ERP

• Experiencia

  : 3 años

¿ Professionally qualified accountant
¿ Fluent Spanish and English, written and verbal
¿ Excellent IT skills, and Advanced Excel
¿ Experience in a manufacturing or products-based organisation
¿ Ability to set priorities and give clear direction
¿ Ability to drive continues improvement
¿ Demonstrate proficiency financial reporting and analysis
¿ Previous ERP experience
¿ Strong stock experience and ability to analyse stock and COGS variances
¿ Able to work to strict deadlines
