Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives at corporate level.
Act as a mentor and guide for the HR team, offering direct support with daily tasks and helping resolve challenges that may arise. Help grow the HR Team.
Develop and implement training plans, not only for the company but also for the professional growth of the HR team members.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure that the HR department is aligned with the company¿s long-term talent needs.
Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and talent acquisition/retention.
Create, develop and improve HR procedures and policies at corporate level according to business needs.
Supervise and collaborate on key department projects, such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Global responsibility for the organization talent functions and culture.
Organize and oversee well-being activities within the team, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for department members.
