- Monitor and manage material usage, ensuring minimal waste and adherence to budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in material handling.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and material storage areas.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to forecast material needs.
- Train and mentor staff on material handling best practices and safety protocols.
- Analyze material flow and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to material management.
