- Lead and supervise a team of material handlers, ensuring effective daily operations.
- Plan and coordinate material workflows to meet production schedules and inventory needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and procurement, to streamline material flow.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to inventory and material usage.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in material management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members on best practices in material handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain an efficient and safe work environment, promoting cooperation and mutual respect.

Conocimientos
: ¿ Dominio del paquete office (nivel avanzado de MS Excel imprescindible) -
Experiencia
: 3 años
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor¿s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and material handling procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
