your functions

As part of the Tech team and working directly with the Product Owner, your main tasks will include:
- Overseeing the administration and deployment of Microsoft Exchange (online and onpremises) and third-party mail applications as necessitated by business requirements.
- Collaborating closely with the product owner to understand the strategic vision and objectives.
- Contributing to product planning and execution by providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment with the organisation¿s mail infrastructure and policies
- Conducting troubleshooting on reported issues and providing support to rectify diverse issues, manage user inquiries, and help with various operational difficulties.
- Maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements, including data loss prevention, retention policies, and eDiscovery searches to always ensure organizational compliance.

What are we looking for?
-Strong experience in managing Microsoft Exchange (both on-premises and Exchange Online) in a hybrid environment.
-Proficiency in PowerShell for automation, scripting, and administration of Exchange environments.
- Expertise in email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) and experience in configuring and maintaining secure email infrastructures.
-Experience working in an enterprise or complex IT environment, supporting large-scale email and collaboration solutions.
- Experience with Office 365 and broader Microsoft collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory and its integration with Exchange is an advantage.
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
