It is an international company in the cosmetic sector, with leading brands in skincare and bodycare.

Sell products and provide excellent customer service at the different points of sale you visit.
Attract and recruit new clients through traffic-stopping, booking, and performing facial services in the cabin.
Propose a personalized product offering in skincare treatment, as well as fragrances.
Provide personalized skin diagnosis to clients.
Perform facial treatment services and master application techniques.
Achieve the sales objectives established for each week or animation.
Educate customers on products, especially application and treatment routines.
Collaborate with the counter team in maintaining the image and updating merchandising.
Train Beauty Advisors in their facial diagnosis skills and treatment sales techniques.
position requisites

Conocimientos
: estetica -
Experiencia
: 5 años
Essential aesthetics Certification.
Minimum 5 years of successful track record in the luxury retail industry and performing
facial treatments.
Past Niche Fragances & Cosmetics experience is a plus.
Innate sense of client experience and taste for challenges and sales.
Excellent communication, client engagement, interpersonal and storytelling skills.
Proactivity, curiosity, open-mindedness, dynamism & agility, are key strengths to achieve
excellence in the role.
Fluent English is a plus.
Total availability to travel is key (90% travel time)
