We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with multidisciplinary skills and a commercial pharmaceutical background to manage our Technology and Operations Transformation Program. This role requires strong coordination and alignment with both business and technical teams to enable and accelerate our local transformation programme of operations, processes, and tools related to engagements with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs). Our objective is to improve operational efficiencies and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Effectively communicate the roadmap and progress of the program to local and global teams.
Orchestration: Manage and support programme leads, workstream leads, and vendors across various program workstreams.
Reporting: Provide monthly reports on the overall status of the Program to the Programme Sponsors.
Coordination: Work closely with global and local teams to accelerate the programme.
Planning: Define and track the overall Plan with all the different workstreams of the Program. Identify dependencies, critical paths, risks, bottlenecks, and prioritization.
Vendor Onboarding: Support the vendor onboarding process in coordination with programme leads.
Change Management: Challenge and motivate for change during the envisioning phase to set the appropriate level of transformation for core processes. Define the final model and technical scenario

Conocimientos
: buen nivel de ofimatica
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in managing Technology or Operations Transformation Programs, especially within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Skills:
Multidisciplinary management skills including strategy, communications, cost control, vendor management, and change management.
Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Ability to present technical materials effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and engage with executives on both technical and non-technical matters.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions.
Language: Essential very high level or bilingual proficiency in Engli
