Day-to-day duties
Bookkeeping of transactions in the financial system
Performing the Swiss payroll and the related bookings in the system
Swiss VAT and tax declarations
Tracking of bank movements and reconciliation, including cash analysis reporting
Preparing quarter-end reporting and statements
Managing financial data consolidation
Quarterly reporting
Driving the audit process with auditors
Coordinating and preparing financial statements
Projects
Designing reports for management
Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting operations
Analysing business performance by revenue channels every quarter
Supporting the successful implementation of a new Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
Assisting the Head of Finance on different ad-hoc projects
position requisites

Formación
: Master, Grado: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C2, Alemán: C2 -
Conocimientos
: SAP, Excel, y Power Query, Experiencia previa en implementación de ERP -
Experiencia
: 3 años
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration
Good command of different ERP
Level C1-C2 English is a must
Level C1-C2 German is a must
Level C1-C2 Spanish is a must
