Key Responsibilities & Tasks The main goal is to maintain smooth operational excellence and organizational agility supporting EMEA North and its Market Units with Sales and Marketing performance analyses. Monitor and provide insights about processes implementation, technology and tools rollouts and adoption to set performance expectations, monitor progress, and measure results. More specifically, they typically perform the following tasks: • Contribute to strategy and planning to establish and coordinate plans and initiatives by providing stakeholders with Sales and Marketing performance analyses and insights. • Support performance management and the successful execution of our strategy and plans • Support spend management processes to ensure alignment of investments with Marketing strategy • Help give guidance to teams in achieving overall marketing excellence, including adherence to company data privacy and protection policies • Help manage the sales pipeline by providing insights and analyses • Document workflow processes • Help manage the requirements management process for use of technology and tools • Help manage projects • Perform analytical research to provide stakeholders with insights on performance throughout the marketing funnel

Global Funds Management Program Specialist
Consolidation of MDF & BDF into a 60M fund will require a team to manage. The Program Specialist ensures funds are being utilized and provides quarterly recommendations on where we should invest. Responsibilities include: Liaise with Rev Ops Team to ensure tools are built and maintained Dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools Track budget and keep all stakeholders on track for spend Continuously monitor data and performance and synthesize trends Collaborate with Communications Lead to share best practices globally Prepare quarterly, half-year, and full-year reports on funds utilization and performance Provide input for quarterly steering calls with global and regional stakeholders and provide recommendations on where and how funds should be spent Collaborate with Communications/Enablement Lead to support in change management and enablement for SAP teams Collaborate with Campaign Engagement Lead to measure impact of activities The success of this role will be measured through the following metrics: Growth in PSO (MEPSO + PSO) for funded partners Growth in CCB for funded partners % spent of funds

Global Capacity / Enablement Program Design Leads will be responsible for design and management of the portfolio of Capacity / Enablement Build services which will be offered to partners via Partner Benefits Catalog. Each service will be built and reviewed in alignment with a) business case submitted by a solution or regional owner b) PartnerEdge programmatic framework and c) compliance requirements. This role will be facilitating all necessary reviews and approvals with the stakeholders above, while adhering to technical requirements of Partner Benefits Catalog, which will be the only platform for the rollout and processing of the services. Responsibilities: Design of Capacity / Enablement program funding services in alignment with compliance, PE program and business stakeholders Managing the portfolio of services in alignment with strategic priorities (effective and complete portfolio) Ensure expected ROI and its continuous improvement Promoting the Capacity / Enablement Program services to internal and external stakeholders The success of this role will be measured through the following metrics: Completeness and timeliness of the Capacity / Enablement program service portfolio Growth in certified partner individuals by solution, region and partner type ROI (benchmarked with previous years)
