We are looking for a National Sales Director to lead, structure, and develop the brand in the Spanish pharmacy market through effective sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision, as well as the ability to manage and professionalize a growing sales team.

¿ Develop and execute a commercial strategy to establish the brand within the Spanish pharmacy market.
¿ Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
¿ Negotiate and close agreements with large retail customers.
¿ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within pharmacies.
¿ Prepare and deliver presentations to support new business opportunities.
¿ Work closely with General Management, providing insights on KPIs, sales performance, and marketing strategies.
¿ Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements and increase market penetration.
¿ Oversee sales forecasting and market analysis.
¿ Manage administrative sales tasks, including CRM updates, volume forecasts, pricing strategy, promotional plans, and overall sales coordination.

¿ Proven track record of team leadership and sales growth.
¿ Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans in a competitive market.
¿ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
¿ Strong analytical mindset, with experience in CRM and sales forecasting tools.
